In this village of cottage industries, visitors can view young women in traditional costumes hand-paint silk and cotton umbrellas in various animal and floral designs.

San Kamphaeng Cotton & Silk Weaving Village
This famous village, located 4 km. further down the same route, is the major production centre of Thai silk and cotton.
The good quality fabrics are woven by local folk on traditional wooden looms and are available in a wide variety of patterns.
San Kamphaeng Hot Springs
This is located 36 km. from town amid natural surroundings of trees and lush hills. The water has a high sulphur content and possesses curative and restorative properties. Accommodations, dining facilities and mineral water bathing rooms are available.
